In my experience, offices don't mind paying full price at all because they're not reselling your baking! So cool!

 

And coffee shops don’t necessarily want the ultimate version of your bakes. They’re willing to make some compromises if it will make the price a bit cheaper.

 

For example, I used half the chocolate chunks and half the hazelnuts I normally would in my brownie recipe. They were still incredible brownies, and the customers loved them. But the coffee shop made more profit, and so did I. This strategy has worked very well for my students too!
