
REFUND POLICY
I’ve seen my students get amazing results, so I'm proud to stand behind my content. Your satisfaction is important to me, which is why I offer a 30-day refund period for all of my programs – guaranteed.
If you study all the course videos and tutorials, complete your course workbook, implement all the strategies, and still don't see any improvement or results, I'll refund your full payment as long as you fulfill the refund qualifications.
To qualify for a refund you will need to:
1. Submit your fully completed Course Workbook (or notes) and visual proof of your improved baked goods, attempts to get clients with the course strategies, and your website and social media improvements.
2. Have asked for feedback (in the Home Bakery Pro Club) when so instructed in the course.
3. Show proof that you applied the feedback given by me and other coaches in the HBP Club.
4. Provide a valid reason why you are dissatisfied with the course.
5. If you discover that Home Bakeries (AND baking and selling from a rented Commercial Kitchen space) are illegal in your country or state (as in, you're not even allowed to sell non-refrigerated baked goods) you don’t need to fulfill the other requirements above. Simply send me the visual proof (email) from your local municipality/authorities and I’ll gladly refund you.
In other words, this is not a “buyer’s remorse” refund policy. Please make sure you do indeed want to purchase a course before doing so. If your financial situation should change during your payment plan period, it’s your responsibility to figure it out. You unfortunately won’t be refunded and your payment plan won't be cancelled.
If you can’t fulfill all your payments during your payment plan you’ll be deleted from the course and all the benefits. If you come up with the funds later, you’ll only be added to the course if you pay your outstanding balance in FULL in one payment.
I reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable refund requests and ask that you don't purchase a course with the intention of asking for a refund.
The reason I have a strict refund policy is because we know that this is an amazing product. If you’re serious about starting a Home Bakery, these courses will give you everything you need to accomplish that. I'm happy to refund you if a course is NOT what I promised.
By using and/or purchasing any of my Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, you understand and agree to this refund policy.
